Can you believe it?! I was talking with my wife one of the final days of 2015 and we were discussing how our vision of 2016 was so different in 2006 or 1996 than our reality now.
In 2006 I would have never believed that ten years later I would have started a photography business, built it enough to quit my 9-5 (more like 7-5) job, and move to Bryan, TX.
Even though my life isn’t at all how a young college student trying to get his t-shirt screening business off the ground imagined it in 2006, God sure has blessed me and my family in 2015 to set us up for an exciting 2016.
I know New Years is traditionally all about the resolutions and all 4,000 things you “need” to improve about yourself. But I like reflect on the past year and see all the blessings (and sufferings) that I currently have. So that even if my 2016 ends up with me at the same weight, same diet, and exactly how I’m living now, I can see how fantastic it will be when bringing in 2017.
